jeeta Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jeeta platform and its services. When you register on jeeta, log in, or use any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to jeeta's website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on the jeeta platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to your personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Funds" refers to the balance held in your account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit offered by jeeta, which may be used subject to specific conditions.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

To open an account and use any service on jeeta, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be eligible to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of Bangladesh.
• You must register under your own name and identity; operating an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
• Each person may open only one account.
• If jeeta determines that a user is under 21 years of age, that account will be closed immediately and the return of any deposited funds will be subject to review.

2.1 Identity Verification

At any stage of registration, jeeta reserves the right to verify identity through a national ID card, passport, or official government document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

To register on jeeta, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Registering with false information will result in account cancellation and the associated funds may be withheld.

3.1 Account Security

• You must keep your password and login details completely confidential.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the jeeta support team immediately.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on their account.

3.2 Updating Your Information

If your phone number or email address changes, update your account information promptly. jeeta will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Creating more than one account by the same person, from the same device, or from the same household is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

All financial transactions on jeeta are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Designated payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that funds deposited on the platform come from a legitimate source. If an account is found to be connected to money laundering or any illegal financial activity, it will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

jeeta offers various bonuses for new and existing users. Each bonus has specific conditions that should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. This bonus is not direct cash; to withdraw it, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.

5.2 VIP Cashback

jeeta's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers cashback on weekly net losses. For example: a Gold tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN is prohibited.
• Bonuses obtained by exploiting system vulnerabilities will be cancelled.
• jeeta reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

The following general rules apply when participating in slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other services on jeeta.

6.1 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

Every betting or gaming decision is entirely the user's own. jeeta does not guarantee any game outcome or winnings. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is stated on the relevant game page.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a problem occurs during a game session due to a technical fault or disconnection, jeeta will review the situation and make a decision. jeeta reserves the right to void bets in the event of a clear system error.

6.3 Validity of Bets

• Confirmed or duplicate bets will be cancelled.
• If there is suspicion of match-fixing or information manipulation, the relevant bets will be cancelled.
• Bets placed after the designated cut-off time in live betting may not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeeta platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and associated funds may be withheld.

• Illegal money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Operating more than one account by the same person.
• Registering or transacting using another person's identity.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the system.

8.1 Data Security

jeeta uses industry-standard SSL encryption and security technology to keep your data safe. However, no method on the internet is completely secure, so users must also remain vigilant in protecting their own devices and accounts.

8.2 Sharing Data with Third Parties

Personal data is not sold to third parties. However, limited data may be shared with trusted partners where necessary for payment processing or technical support.

9.1 Setting Limits

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your own account.
• Contact the support team to set limits or temporarily suspend your account.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break from gaming, jeeta offers a self-exclusion option. During this period, access to your account will be suspended for a set time and no promotional messages will be sent.

jeeta reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Extended period of inactivity.

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. The balance remaining in your account at the time of the request will be returned subject to withdrawal eligibility conditions being met.

10.2 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as "inactive". An account maintenance charge may apply during this period, and you will be notified in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeeta is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions.
• Issues with games or bets caused by internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by faults in a user's device or software.
• Uncontrollable events (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government directives.

In no case will jeeta's maximum liability exceed the total amount transacted in connection with the relevant incident.

jeeta reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes — by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the terms of any specific promotion together form the entire agreement between the user and jeeta. No verbal or written promises outside of this constitute part of the agreement.
